Assistant Store Manager – Istanbul Florentia Village

About the role

NIKE is opening a brand‑new store in Istanbul Florentia Village and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help launch and lead the location from day one. You will join the leadership team, build the team, shape the culture and deliver an inspiring consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the opening of the new store and build the team from the ground up.
• Create a welcoming, energetic and premium store environment for consumers.
• Coach, develop and inspire a diverse team while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive performance – budgets, sales targets, service standards and consumer satisfaction.
• Implement NIKE’s in‑store strategy including membership, digital services, sustainability and consumer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with NIKE standards, policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other stores, field leadership and HQ to share best practices and achieve results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a management role within a retail environment.
• Background in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people management.
• Passion for NIKE, sport and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to motivate others.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends, 40 hours per week.

Required skills

• Use of tools for employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution and performance conversations.
