Business Development Manager

About the role

ApplyBoard is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to grow its recruitment partner ecosystem. You will act as the strategic advocate for a diverse portfolio of recruitment partners, driving enrollment and expanding international student reach.

Key responsibilities

• Represent ApplyBoard to educational agents, institutions, and prospective students, promoting the platform’s value.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase international student enrollment across multiple regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, negotiate terms, provide training, and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Utilize CRM and social media tools to share messages, disseminate information, and drive partner and student engagement.
• Analyze market data to create data‑driven recruitment and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, preferably in international education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field (preferred).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑starter who works well both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using social media and digital engagement tools.
