About the role

The Sales Specialist will manage existing customer relationships and actively develop new business in the Turkey market, focusing on plastic and automotive sectors.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and grow customer relationships, targeting new clients in Turkey.
Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
Follow up on accounts receivable and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
For fresh graduates: sales internship experience preferred.
For experienced candidates: minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Turkey market, preferably in plastic materials, injection molding, or automotive Tier 1/2 supply chains.
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 3 days per week).
Strong customer service orientation, team player, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
