Associate Growth Manager

About the role

Codeway builds consumer AI apps on mobile and web and runs six vertical companies, including Wishlabs, Wellture, Learna, Sparked, Cosmic Jam and Catalyst Apps. The Associate Growth Manager takes ownership of an app's marketing and runs end-to-end user acquisition, while also taking part in creative discussions, managing global network relationships and contributing to strategic decisions. The role suits someone with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to start in performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing of an app and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies
• Manage the creative pipeline: develop and test creatives, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation and give feedback
• Run and optimise user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks
• Build and monitor BI dashboards and make sure campaigns hit their KPIs while scaling
• Work with external partners and agencies and with ad network teams such as Meta London, TikTok Dubai, Apple London and Google Dublin
• Collaborate with the product team to understand users and shape monetisation strategies
• Apply out-of-the-box growth-hacking techniques and take on extra growth tasks

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience, open to learning
• Passion for mobile marketing, data and creative production
• Hard-working, result-driven and able to own projects
• Open to constructive feedback and improvement
• Excellent communication skills and excellent command of English
