Associate Growth Manager (Web)

About the role

Codeway builds consumer AI apps on mobile and web and owns several vertical companies, including Wishlabs, Wellture, Learna, Sparked, Cosmic Jam and Catalyst Apps. Its HQ in Istanbul finds and grows builders. The Associate Growth Manager (Web) takes end-to-end ownership of a web product's marketing, runs and optimizes campaigns, manages the creative pipeline and works with product and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing of a web product and execute user acquisition strategies
• Develop and test creatives, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation and give feedback
• Run and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other networks
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies and manage collaborations with ad network teams
• Build and monitor BI dashboards to track KPIs and scale
• Work with product to understand users and shape monetization
• Apply creative growth-hacking approaches beyond performance marketing

Required profile

• 1+ years of performance marketing experience
• Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB and similar platforms
• Good communication skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Google measurement tools (GA4) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust and/or Appsflyer) are a plus
• User attribution and conversion tracking knowledge is a plus
• Big data environments such as BigQuery and Google Tag Manager are a plus
