Growth Manager (Web)

About the role

Codeway builds consumer AI apps on mobile and web and owns several vertical companies, including a web product. The Growth Manager (web) takes end-to-end ownership of marketing for a web product, running performance campaigns, managing creatives and building external partnerships, while collaborating with product on monetization and taking on creative growth-hacking initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing of a web product and execute user-acquisition strategies
• Manage the creative pipeline: generate ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation and give feedback
• Run and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other networks
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies and manage collaborations with ad network teams
• Build and monitor BI dashboards to track KPIs and scale
• Work with product to understand users and shape monetization strategies
• Apply creative growth-hacking approaches beyond performance marketing

Required profile

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience
• Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB and similar platforms
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English

Required skills

• Google measurement tools (GA4) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust and/or Appsflyer) are a plus
• User attribution and conversion tracking knowledge is a plus
• Big data environments such as BigQuery and Google Tag Manager are a plus
