Associate Product Training

About the role

Beko is looking for a passionate Associate Product Training professional to join the Product Management team. You will create AI‑powered learning assets that support new product launches and help sales, retail, and promoter teams understand product benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑driven microlearning and in‑depth training assets for new product launches, adapting content for multiple channels.
• Design and produce real‑product demonstration videos for retail, sales, and promoter training programs.
• Create Promoter Battle Cards that highlight key selling points, competitive advantages, objection handling, and conversation tips.
• Translate technical product specifications into clear learning content, practical use cases, and customer‑focused training materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with product positioning.
• Produce AI‑generated visuals, animations, and other learning assets to boost engagement and accelerate content development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools for creating visual and written learning content.
• Strong interest in product training, learning content development, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into engaging training material.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with e‑learning authoring tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
