Audit & Tax Assistant – New Graduate 2026

About the role

KPMG is seeking motivated new graduates to join its Audit and Tax teams as Assistants starting in 2026. You will work in a global professional services environment, supporting a variety of clients across audit, assurance, and tax functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in audit and assurance engagements, including IT audit activities.
• Support tax services such as corporate tax compliance, indirect tax, customs and trade, and global tax advisory.
• Contribute to accounting and tax outsourcing projects for diverse industries.
• Collaborate with senior staff on financial services, technology research, and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduating by August 2026 or having graduated within the past year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• For IT audit roles, a degree in Computer/Industrial Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Preferably some internship experience.
• Strong analytical ability, hardworking, and effective team player.
