Sanctions Screening Senior Specialist / Assistant Specialist

About the role

Join Türkiye Finans as a Sanctions Screening Specialist, supporting the bank’s compliance with international sanctions and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor international sanctions and evaluate bank transactions against them.
• Handle KYC, CDD and EDD requests from correspondent banks and prepare compliance reviews.
• Support execution of sanctions and embargo activities, track legislative changes and report on them.
• Monitor national and international legislation related to combating proceeds of crime.
• Review and analyse data for anti‑money‑laundering purposes.

Required profile

• Graduate (minimum four‑year degree) in fields such as International Relations, Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management or related disciplines.
• 1‑2 years of experience in compliance, preferably international sanctions.
• Excellent command of English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset; CAMS/CGSS certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Competent use of MS Office applications.
