B2B Cold Caller / SDR with Path to High-Ticket Closer

About the role

A partner company is recruiting a B2B Sales Cold Caller / SDR based in Turkey, working remotely. The role starts as a Pipeline Representative, generating qualified opportunities through warm lead follow-ups and proactive outbound outreach, using phone, email and LinkedIn to book discovery calls for a B2B growth consulting offer. The offer has an average deal size of around €20,000 and a typical cycle of two to three weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound responses into qualified opportunities and proactively reach out to prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Use the existing CRM to identify prospects, activate contacts and generate new conversations, and book discovery calls
• Shadow senior sales leaders during sales meetings and take part in advanced sales training
• Track results, refine outreach and adjust quickly based on feedback

Required profile

• Native-level German is essential for the DACH market
• Previous B2B sales experience is helpful but not required; motivation, coachability and a strong work ethic are key
• Comfortable with rejection, quick learner, proactive and able to make decisions and adapt
• Strong communication skills and a disciplined, resilient approach; an athletic background or commitment to fitness is valued
