Telesales Team Lead

About the role

Pluxee Turkey, formerly Sodexo Benefits, is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and improve its telesales operations. The role involves leading a high-performing team, monitoring KPIs and running strategies that raise efficiency and conversion. The position is based in Küçükyalı, Maltepe, Istanbul, in a hybrid setup with three office days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing telesales team, using KPI-driven management and structured 1:1s and performance reviews aligned to quarterly and annual targets
• Build and sustain a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Develop and run segment-based sales strategies and manage the sales funnel with a data-driven approach
• Work with the Sales Director on budgeting, forecasting and annual planning
• Manage executive-level client relationships, implement retention and loyalty strategies and resolve post-sales issues
• Use CRM data and performance reports to track team activity, analyse campaign results and share insights with senior management
• Design sales rituals and processes, ensure adoption of Sales Enablement practices (CRM usage, retention actions, order follow-ups) and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, CX and Finance teams and present performance reports to senior leadership

Required profile

• 6-7+ years of sales experience with consistent target achievement
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and team performance
