Bellboy – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Aliée Istanbul, a flagship luxury lifestyle hotel, is looking for a professional Bellboy to create a warm and memorable first impression for guests. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high‑standard service throughout arrivals and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Handle guest luggage efficiently, including delivery, storage, and collection.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information on hotel facilities and in‑room features.
• Assist with transportation arrangements such as airport transfers, valet parking, and car rentals.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Front Office teams for smooth daily operations.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Deliver guest messages, parcels, and other requested items.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driving licence and active driving experience are preferred.
