Branch Assistant Manager – Automotive Retail

About the role

Otokoç Otomotiv, a Koç Group company founded in 1928 and one of Turkey's largest automotive retailers, car rental and car sharing providers, is hiring a Branch Assistant Manager for its Alanya Ford branch in Antalya. The role covers sales and after-sales services, business planning, customer satisfaction and coordination with the distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Determine annual sales and after-sales profitability targets and the annual business plan, and ensure its implementation
• Guide monthly targets, customer visit programmes and sales and after-sales activities, and follow business results
• Coordinate sales and service departments so that vehicles are paid for on time and stock levels stay optimal
• Coordinate with the distributor company and with finance and accounting on invoicing and payments
• Plan and implement activities to win new customers and sources, and prepare sales and after-sales reports
• Build relationships with local public and private institutions and run local sales and marketing activities
• Maintain branch morale, health and safety, facility functionality, showroom and office standards, and compliance with outsourced service contracts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry
• Managerial skills, knowledge of vehicle sales techniques and functions, and knowledge of business and finance
• Analytical thinking and ability to build systems
• Strong communication, representation and persuasion skills, and excellent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
