Branch Assistant Manager – Ford Alanya

About the role

Otokoç Otomotiv, a Koç Group company founded in 1928 and one of Turkey's largest automotive retailers, car rental and car-sharing providers, is hiring a Branch Assistant Manager for its Alanya Ford dealership. The role covers the annual business plan, sales and after-sales performance, customer satisfaction and coordination with the distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Determine annual sales and after-sales profitability targets in line with company policy and set up the annual business plan
• Guide monthly targets, customer visit programmes and follow business results
• Ensure sales staff coordinate with service departments and that vehicles are paid for on time and fully
• Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with the distributor
• Plan and implement activities to acquire new customers and sources
• Prepare and analyse sales and after-sales reports
• Coordinate with finance and accounting on invoicing and payments
• Build relationships with local public and private institutions and run local sales and marketing activities
• Ensure branch coordination, health and safety, facility functionality, showroom and office standards, and compliance with outsourced service contracts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry
• Managerial skills and knowledge of vehicle sales techniques
• Analytical thinking and ability to build systems
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong communication, representation and persuasion skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
