National Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Servier is looking for a results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead its sales organization in Turkey. The role drives sales performance across the full product portfolio, leads Regional Managers and ensures excellence in field execution, turning business strategy into field results through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales performance across the product portfolio, contribute to sales strategies and business plans, and represent the sales organization in the Leadership Team
• Support forecasting and performance management with BEX, analyze sales performance and KPIs, and manage targets and incentives
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Managers, maintain field engagement and foster a high-performance culture
• Work with Marketing, Medical, Training, BEX and other functions, acting as a bridge between field realities and business priorities
• Promote CRM, Lynx and other digital tools, omnichannel integration and AI-enabled sales analytics
• Plan and control sales budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Drive recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management, partnering with People & Culture on rewards and organizational development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including significant sales leadership and people management experience
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
