Head of Commercial (Turkey)

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is launching in Turkey and is looking for a Head of Commercial based in Istanbul. The role is remote-based with field sales and is responsible for building the market from the ground up, driving new business and shaping the strategy that establishes Fresha as a leading player in the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance, driving revenue, sales targets and operational accountability across the organisation.
• Build, structure and grow a commercial sales team from scratch, attracting top talent and developing strong sales leaders.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture with clear expectations, continuous coaching and proactive handling of performance challenges.
• Make fast, well-judged decisions on resourcing, processes and market expansion while maintaining quality and trust.
• Build and refine systems, reporting, pipeline visibility and operating cadences, using data to drive commercial decisions.
• Partner with the General Manager to turn market priorities into actionable, high-converting commercial strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to optimise prospecting, improve pipeline accuracy and boost sales team productivity.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, technology or a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong track record of hitting targets and driving revenue.
• Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, scaling and managing commercial teams through rapid growth.
• A confident, hands-on leader who gives meaningful feedback and makes swift, well-reasoned decisions.
• Highly organised and process-oriented, with strong capabilities in CRM tools, sales analytics and structured reporting.
