Brand Communication Manager - WMF

About the role

Groupe SEB, a global leader in cookware and small domestic appliances, is looking for a Brand Communication Manager to strengthen the premium positioning and awareness of its premium brand portfolio, with a primary focus on WMF, a premium kitchen and tableware brand. The role turns global brand strategies into local plans, leads integrated campaigns and product launches, and ensures a consistent premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and communication strategies that raise awareness and support premium positioning for WMF
• Adapt global brand strategies and marketing materials with internal teams and external agencies, and align local initiatives with global ones
• Manage PR activities with media, influencers and brand partners, and oversee brand content and social media
• Plan and run brand events, launch events and experiential marketing
• Lead integrated campaigns and product launches across online and offline channels, including ATL, BTL, digital and promotional activities
• Plan and manage digital marketing and e-commerce activation, define KPIs and report results
• Support in-store execution through visual merchandising, shop-in-shop concepts, branded corners and POS materials, and support product training
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness to optimise ROI

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing communications, focused on digital, in consumer products, kitchen electronics, cookware and dining, FMCG or durable goods, preferably in premium brands
• Experience in integrated marketing communications, mainly digital marketing, brand positioning and e-commerce activations
• Solid understanding of retail channels, consumer behaviour and competitive market dynamics
• Proactive, results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
