Premium Brands MarCom Management Trainee (WMF & Krups)

About the role

Groupe SEB, a global leader in cookware and small domestic appliances with brands such as Tefal, Rowenta, WMF and Krups, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented long-term Premium Brands Marketing Communication Management Trainee for its WMF business team. The role offers hands-on experience in brand communication, digital marketing and product marketing while supporting daily marketing activities for the premium brands WMF and Krups.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily marketing communication and product marketing activities for WMF and Krups.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and share insights with the team.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Help prepare, adapt and translate presentations, product documents and marketing materials.
• Support operational processes such as instruction manual coordination, invoice tracking and marketing material distribution.
• Help plan and organise marketing events, product launches and brand activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing projects on time.
• Contribute to consistent brand communication and premium brand positioning across channels.

Required profile

• Fourth-year undergraduate student, recent graduate or master's student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communication or a related field.
• Previous internship in marketing or a related function is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills; analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Proactive, responsible and able to manage several tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interest in brand management, marketing communication and digital marketing.
• Available for a long-term traineeship, five days a week.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
