Brand Manager - Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD)

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) Brand Manager based in Istanbul to support the strategy development of the CSD category (Pepsi, Yedigün, Fruko & 7Up) in Turkey and independently lead key brand initiatives from planning through execution. The role turns consumer, shopper and market insights into brand plans, delivers integrated marketing campaigns and manages innovation and activation projects with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own an assigned brand platform, shape its annual agenda and lead initiatives across consumer occasions and touchpoints in line with the brand strategy
• Lead communication and activation projects from briefing to execution with creative, media, digital and activation agencies
• Run integrated marketing across ATL, BTL, digital, social, retail and experiential channels
• Analyze brand, category, consumer, shopper and competitor performance and recommend growth actions
• Support revenue, volume, market share and brand equity goals through disciplined brand planning
• Track brand health, campaign performance and KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Insights, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercialization and Trade Marketing
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor spending and track ROI

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related commercial role, preferably in FMCG
• Fluent Turkish and English

Required skills

• Understanding of brand strategy, consumer and shopper insights, media and digital marketing
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills and commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and performance analysis
• Stakeholder management and clear communication in a matrix organization
