Brand Manager (Digital Marketing Agency)

About the role

Bootstrap Marketing Studio is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to shape and maintain the voice, identity, and strategic direction of multiple client brands within a fast‑growing digital marketing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and enforce brand voice and identity guidelines across the agency’s portfolio.
• Align social media, email, paid‑media, and SEO initiatives with each brand’s standards.
• Lead client meetings, produce campaign performance reports, and craft long‑term brand plans.
• Coordinate closely with social media, design, and paid‑media teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Transform competitor and market analyses into actionable insights.
• Manage content calendars, approval workflows, and multi‑brand scheduling.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience on the agency side or within a brand department.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, visual identity, and content production.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
• Confidence and professionalism in client‑facing communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands simultaneously and guide internal teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with core analytics tools for performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Trello for workflow management.
• Active use of AI‑powered marketing tools.
