Brand Manager – Hitachi & YORK

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of the Hitachi and YORK brands in Turkey and support their growth within the Bosch Home Comfort Turkey portfolio. The role develops and implements brand strategies aligned with business objectives and global brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through market, customer and competitor insights.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activation initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies, business partners and marketing budgets.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Communication and other functions to align brand initiatives with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.
