Brand Manager

About the role

Evyap is seeking a Brand Manager to shape brand strategy, drive 360° communications and support product launches across its portfolio of consumer goods.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand strategy aligned with business goals using market, price and consumer research.
• Coordinate ATL, BTL and digital campaigns, promotions and indoor/outdoor activities to grow market share.
• Monitor brand performance, prepare marketing plans, annual budgets and media plans.
• Collaborate with sales, production, finance and customer teams to ensure alignment and share performance data.
• Track consumer and market insights through sales, share, profit and Nielsen metrics.

Required profile

• University graduate (master’s preferred) with at least 4 years of marketing experience in multinational or leading FMCG brands.
• Ability to analyse Nielsen reports and set actionable plans.
• Experience working in multicultural environments; international or regional exposure is a plus.
• Strong project‑management skills and a proactive communication style.
