Brand Manager – Oncology

About the role

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead commercial initiatives for solid tumor oncology products. The role involves shaping patient‑focused strategies and collaborating across functions to drive brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand and commercial strategies, tactical plans, timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Prepare and implement tactical plans, allocate responsibilities to cross‑functional and field teams, and communicate product messaging.
• Manage communications with sales force and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.
• Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitor data, gather customer insights and refine segmentation.
• Coordinate development of sales objectives, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities.
• Maintain and develop credibility with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Develop, implement and update product trainings for the sales force.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of brand or product manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent KOL management and communication abilities.
• Proven project management capability and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
