Brand & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Playable Factory, a creative tech studio within Tamatem that makes playable ads for major mobile game titles, is looking for a Brand & Partnerships Specialist in its Istanbul office. The role owns the brand's budget across campaigns, content, events and partnerships, and is described as a launchpad rather than a support role, with room to grow into leading the brand and partnerships function.

Key responsibilities

• Own a significant budget and decide how it is spent across campaigns, content, events and partnerships
• Build Playable Factory's presence on LinkedIn and beyond through content, video and storytelling that reaches decision-makers
• Grow the network of UA managers and creative leads at leading game publishers and learn how long-term partnerships are built
• Lead UA & Creative Dinners and conference side events from concept to follow-up, choosing who attends and ensuring conversations lead to results
• Turn contacts into a structured, living network in the CRM

Required profile

• Graduated from a top university in the last two years, or about to
• Has led something people still remember, such as a club, event, conference or project
• Follows the games industry or is curious about how games grow
• Speaks and writes confident English and has an instinct for what works on social media
• Comfortable walking into a room of strangers and leaving with new connections

Required skills

• Uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to work faster and create better content
• Strong communication and networking skills
