Budget & Reporting Specialist

About the role

Join Ödeal’s Finance team as a Budget & Reporting Specialist, supporting monthly financial reporting, cost analysis, and regulatory compliance for a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and management presentations.
• Analyse costs by activity, compare variances with budget, and strengthen cost control.
• Reconcile commissions with banks and expenses with vendors.
• Monitor revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and cash‑flow studies.
• Prepare regulatory reports for TCMB and other authorities.
• Support ad‑hoc management requests and business case analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting or a similar role; Big 4 background is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (TMS/TFRS, IFRS) and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with ERP and accounting applications.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
