Business Consultant

About the role

Centric Software is seeking a Business Consultant to lead Agile deployment projects for its Centric 8 PLM platform. The role is fully remote within Turkey and focuses on translating customer business processes into out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) configurations, ensuring successful implementation and long‑term adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer implementation teams and internal Centric groups to deliver referenceable projects on schedule.
• Analyze customer business processes and map them to Centric 8 OOTB solutions.
• Consult, deploy, tune, configure, and optimize the Centric software stack in the client’s IT environment, emphasizing high availability and system integration.
• Produce written specifications such as UML models and Centric 8 configuration documents.
• Design solutions that address customer scenarios within the product lifecycle scope.
• Provide technical leadership to pre‑sales and project teams, supporting proposal development and large‑scale implementations.
• Develop and document data/object models to meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering PLM or related enterprise software projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile deployment methodologies.
• Strong background in business process analysis, data conversion, and system integration.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide customers through process‑system alignment.
