Business Development Executive

About the role

Centurion is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its product portfolio through strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical sector. The role combines market analysis, partnership management and cross‑functional coordination to support the company’s long‑term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, long‑term forecasting and feasibility studies.
• Lead and support licensing, partnering and business collaboration processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Medical, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Export and Legal teams.
• Manage partnering business models end‑to‑end, from opportunity assessment to contract signature.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the pharma industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership, mentoring capabilities and ability to build effective internal and external partnerships.
• Fluent written and verbal English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Valid driving licence with no travel restrictions.
