Business Development & Growth Associate

About the role

Nizmara is seeking a proactive Business Development & Growth Associate to help accelerate the company’s expansion across Turkey and Saudi Arabia. This role offers autonomy to design and execute growth initiatives while collaborating directly with the founding partners.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build B2B prospect lists targeting CHROs, HR Directors, and CEOs using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay and similar tools.
• Design and run personalised outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email, managing sequences with Lemlist, Instantly or equivalent platforms.
• Track pipeline activity, follow‑up consistently, and qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
• Support partners in preparation for business development meetings and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Create and publish LinkedIn content in Turkish and English for the company page and partner profiles.
• Write blog posts, service page copy and thought‑leadership articles for the website.
• Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, Yoast configuration and internal linking.
• Monitor Google Search Console and analytics, reporting performance insights.
• Deploy AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity) for content creation, research and operational tasks.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across marketing, outreach and operations.

Required profile

• Commercial curiosity and a strong drive to contribute to company growth.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Excellent written communication in both Turkish and English.
• Comfort with data‑driven decision making and performance tracking.

Required skills

• LinkedIn outreach and prospecting.
• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Lemlist or Instantly.
• SEO knowledge and use of Yoast.
• Google Search Console and analytics reporting.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity.
