Business Development Manager – Istanbul

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Istanbul’s beauty and wellness market. You will be responsible for acquiring new partners, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding the company’s footprint in the SaaS‑enabled appointment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present product demos, promote services and close new business deals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market‑trend feedback and insights to product and marketing teams.
• Contact 100 % of qualified inbound leads promptly and log activities in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms.
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Excellent organization, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Curiosity and a desire for continuous professional growth.
• Fluency in English and another language.
• Experience or interest in the beauty and wellness industry.
