Business Development Manager – Legal Document Drafting Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our Legal Document Drafting solution, Lexis® Create+. This individual contributor role focuses on hunting high‑value opportunities across Turkey and expanding our market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow market presence in Turkey.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision‑makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that showcase the value of our practice management solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC or Turkey region.
• Experience with management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship‑building abilities.
