About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive growth for DHL Express Turkey by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored logistics solutions. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English to engage with strategic customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover business opportunities.
- Design and deliver customized logistics solutions that create value for customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders for effective project execution.
- Lead large‑scale business opportunities from inception to successful closure.
- Monitor performance, evaluate results and implement continuous improvement actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable communicating with diverse individuals.
- Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
