Business Development Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

Entek Elektrik is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive renewable energy investment and growth, focusing on international markets, especially Europe. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities, evaluating projects, and supporting the company’s carbon‑neutral roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess renewable energy investment opportunities aligned with Entek’s strategic priorities.
• Conduct market research, sector analysis, and market‑entry assessments for attractive geographies and technologies.
• Evaluate projects from technical, commercial, financial, regulatory and strategic perspectives.
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and management presentations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary due‑diligence processes and manage external consultants and partners.
• Monitor energy market developments, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics across target markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6‑8 years of experience in business development, project development, investment analysis or renewable energy markets.
• Hands‑on experience with wind and solar projects, greenfield development, acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
• International project experience, preferably in European energy markets.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
