Business Development Representative – Ankara

About the role

The Business Development Representative will join the sales organisation to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth in Ankara. The role focuses on prospect identification, lead generation and building strategic relationships with dental professionals and related stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute individual business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and activities to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, laboratories and key decision‑makers.
• Promote and sell the full product portfolio, including company training programmes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and hands‑on demonstrations to educate customers.
• Provide technical, informational and promotional support in collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives and drive growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proven sales and business development experience in the dental, medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain long‑term professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tracking tools.
