Business Intelligence Assistant Specialist

About the role

YKK is seeking a Business Intelligence Assistant Specialist to join its Hadımköy office. The role focuses on turning sales, market and customer data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, customer portfolios, market trends and opportunities to generate business insights.
• Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards and performance analyses for management.
• Maintain pricing data and price lists, update systems and support pricing‑related analyses.
• Support sales and marketing teams with day‑to‑day data analysis and reporting needs.
• Track customer feedback, complaints and key business metrics, ensuring visibility and follow‑up.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments and emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and prioritize business intelligence and digitalisation projects in line with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in numerical data analysis or related analytical areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel.
• Solid analytical mindset with strong data analysis capabilities.
