Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

AloTech, a cloud‑native contact‑center platform built on Google Cloud, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead its BI team. The role focuses on turning data into strategic decision‑making assets for both AloTech and its enterprise customers across Turkey and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze reporting requests, define optimal reporting models and data structures.
• Set priorities, create work plans, and guide the BI team’s day‑to‑day activities.
• Plan initiatives to reduce reporting costs and improve profitability.
• Ensure continuity, performance, reliability and sustainability of BI reporting products.
• Oversee BigQuery data structures, ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows for scalability and security.
• Coordinate cross‑functional data collection and preparation for reporting.
• Monitor BI processes, track performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with information‑security procedures and AI governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data‑related fields or similar.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics and team management.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLM‑based tools, AI‑assisted data analysis and automated reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and data‑modeling capabilities.
• BI reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI or QlikView.
• BigQuery, ETL/ELT pipeline design on Google Cloud.
• Generative AI and LLM‑based tools for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
