Business Support Coordinator

About the role

The Business Support Coordinator will provide administrative and operational assistance to the Business Development team, ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations, and act as the Responsible Manager for Fever’s Online Travel Agency (OTA) business in Turkey. This role combines office coordination, event support, and compliance management to help drive Fever’s mission of democratizing live entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, including scheduling, calendar coordination, documentation, and follow‑up actions.
• Support day‑to‑day office operations and act as the primary point of contact for local office matters.
• Assist Fever Originals and other units with event logistics, venue coordination, supplier communication, and onsite support.
• Serve as the Responsible Manager for the OTA business, ensuring compliance with local regulations and liaising with authorities.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Turkey with a valid work permit.
• Minimum high school graduate (or equivalent) and holder of Enformasyon Memurluğu Belgesi and Enformasyon Memuru Yabancı Dil Başarı Belgesi, or a professional tourist guide badge.
• At least 2 years of experience in a travel‑agency related role and clean criminal and financial record.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of GDS platforms.
• Familiarity with bedbanks and tour inventory platforms.
