Category Executive – Bonveno

About the role

The Category Executive will manage day‑to‑day relationships with key suppliers for Bonveno, conduct market research, and shape product assortment to meet customer expectations. This role works closely with sales, finance, marketing and logistics teams to achieve category targets while supporting the hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily business relationships with key suppliers, handling contracting, ordering, demand communication, volume adjustments and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular market research to analyse supplier, product and competitor trends.
• Decide product assortment in line with market trends and customer expectations.
• Prepare monthly category operation reports to review sales performance and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication between the category team and stores.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Logistics departments to meet category targets.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail in a high‑volume, multi‑tasking environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to build sustainable customer relationships.
