Channel Management Executive – POS Partnerships

About the role

The role sits within the newly formalized POS Partnerships & Channel Strategy function, acting as the single point of contact for POS and middleware partners in Turkey. You will translate regional certification models into local execution and bridge commercial, product, and support teams with the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow commercial relationships with all POS/middleware partners in Turkey, from onboarding to tier upgrades.
• Execute partner certification and tiering locally, tracking compliance against SLA and feature‑adoption requirements.
• Run lead‑sharing and cross‑pitching pipelines with partners to drive new restaurant supply and monitor conversion.
• Serve as first‑line triage for technical and support issues, escalating critical cases to central product/tech teams.
• Host regular business reviews with top‑tier partners, covering performance, roadmap alignment and joint marketing.
• Maintain accurate partner and pipeline reporting for regional dashboards and OKRs.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, account management or commercial roles within tech, SaaS or food‑tech.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable tracking KPIs and pipeline performance.
• Experience in the Turkish market; fluency in Turkish business language strongly preferred and English required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Understanding of APIs and integration concepts.
