About the role
The Chinese‑Speaking Guest Relations Officer will be based on‑site at InterContinental Istanbul, welcoming and assisting guests from Chinese‑speaking markets. This full‑time position focuses on delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet Chinese‑speaking guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate special requests.
- Support concierge services and liaise with front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams.
- Record guest feedback and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Required profile
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English proficiency.
- Experience in guest relations, front office, or hotel customer service, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in Turkey and a professional appearance.
