About the role
Decathlon is seeking a Circular Business Model Manager to drive the development of new business models and oversee repair processes as part of its sustainability mission.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the circular transformation project and ensure execution of the strategic roadmap.
- Define the structure of the repair project, analyze performance, and guarantee operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong project management, decision‑making and interpersonal communication skills.
- Openness to industry trends and a mindset focused on sustainable development.
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate within a global network.
