Client Advisor – Istanbul Airport (Russian Speaker)

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join its boutique at Istanbul Airport. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury service, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales of Tiffany’s collections. Fluency in Turkish and English is required, with additional language skills considered a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled service that reflects Tiffany’s standards of luxury and etiquette.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through personalized client engagement and cross‑selling.
• Act as a trusted advisor, developing client strategies to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational procedures, including inventory and reservation management.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold the brand’s culture of joy.
• Adapt quickly to new initiatives, feedback, and evolving client needs.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client‑focused hospitality role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to serve a diverse clientele with professionalism.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; additional language (e.g., Russian) is a plus.
