Client Marketing Manager - Fashion & WFJ Turkey

About the role

A new Fashion and Women's Fashion & Jewelry (WFJ) organization for Turkey has been created within Chanel. As Client Marketing Manager you are responsible for the client marketing strategy across the Turkish boutiques, working daily with three full-line boutiques, one seasonal boutique and one shoe boutique, and collaborating closely with the Fashion Europe Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities

• Define client engagement and development strategies and quantitative client development objectives for each boutique, and frame client engagement actions and assets
• Deploy and monitor client data projects and tools (Pioneer, Carat) and manage the quality of the client database, while driving compliance with data privacy guidelines
• Implement in-store client services from welcome to follow-up, including the CHANEL & Moi program, and monitor satisfaction indicators such as the Pulse Index and Voice of Client surveys
• Deploy digital client experience tools (e.g. Waitwhile, inChanel) and raise hospitality standards through the OBOS and the client coordinator community
• Drive the events plan for each boutique, coordinate events with local, internal and external partners, and define the top client strategy across gifting, services, communication and experiences
• Define budgets, monitor returns on investment and communicate daily with boutiques and the Europe Marketing team so that the CHANEL image is consistent

Required profile

• Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion or a related field
• At least 5+ years of client marketing experience in fashion luxury, with a global or regional track record
• Background in events management, marketing and/or communication, or equivalent long-term client marketing experience
• Experience defining strategic fashion marketing plans for luxury brands and managing marketing in multibrand environments
• Strong analytical skills, agility with data and excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent Turkish and English; French is an asset
