Client Success Lead

About the role

Taboola is looking for a dynamic Client Success Lead to manage its most critical agency relationships in Turkey. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping agencies scale performance through Taboola’s end‑to‑end advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to top agency clients, designing and executing growth strategies aligned with client KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data, produce actionable insights and reports that demonstrate platform value.
• Provide first‑level technical support for campaign setup, conversion tracking and targeting, collaborating with Ad Ops to resolve issues.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive revenue and expand product adoption.
• Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, agency roadshows and on‑site collaborations to strengthen relationships from day‑to‑day contacts to C‑level executives.

Required profile

• 10+ years in a client‑facing, results‑driven role within digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful brand case studies.
• Deep knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem and media agency landscape.
• Proven ability to manage diverse agency portfolios, prioritize high‑potential clients and grow the portfolio.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of KPI‑based campaign management and optimization.
• Expertise in pipeline development, forecasting and revenue growth.
• Outstanding relationship‑management and customer‑facing abilities.
• Excellent technological aptitude and quick learning of new platforms.
