Clinical Research Associate II – Neurology & Immunology Studies (Remote, Istanbul)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II to support Neurology and Immunology studies on a Functional Service Provider (FSP) basis. The position is home‑based with a focus on sites located in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management and close‑out visits, both on‑site and remotely.
• Review source documents, verify CRF entries, resolve queries and ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, local regulations and company SOPs.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through letters, reports and logs, and support recruitment, retention and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guideline expertise.
• Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems proficiency.
• Source document review and query resolution.
• Investigational product handling and inventory management.
