Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to drive public cloud adoption and business growth for strategic enterprise accounts in Turkey. You will work closely with customers, internal cloud teams, and HQ experts to design competitive cloud solutions and move opportunities from assessment through proof‑of‑concept to delivery handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customers’ business models, priorities, and digital transformation plans; map applications, workloads, and existing cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Translate customer requirements into Huawei Cloud (or other public cloud) architectures, solution proposals, migration strategies, and implementation plans.
• Lead technical workshops, POCs, product demos, architecture reviews, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Analyze competitor cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and provide positioning and migration recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Delivery, partners, product teams and HQ experts; ensure smooth technical handover to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud computing, enterprise IT, solution architecture or pre‑sales consulting.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and coordinating multi‑stakeholder opportunities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Public cloud concepts and IaaS/PaaS services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud).
• Cloud architecture components: compute, networking, containers/Kubernetes, microservices, load balancing, hybrid‑cloud.
• Application and infrastructure assessment, migration and modernization.
• Cloud‑native patterns, data platforms, AI/ML, LLM applications.
• Cloud security, IAM, networking controls, monitoring, governance.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
