Cloud & System Administrator (FinTech)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cloud & System Administrator to join Token Financial Technologies, a leading fintech player in Turkey. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure our Azure and AWS environments, Microsoft 365 services and on‑premise infrastructure run securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer Azure and Amazon Web Services environments, with additional cloud platforms as needed.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 suite including Intune, Entra, Security, Purview, Teams, SharePoint and Defender.
• Oversee Windows and Linux server operations, ensuring stability, security and performance.
• Patch and secure client operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, iOS, Android) for desktops and mobile devices.
• Implement policy management via Microsoft Defender, Intune and CyberArk PAM.
• Integrate and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, NTP and DHCP services.
• Automate setup and configuration tasks using PowerShell, Python, Bash or VB scripting.
• Conduct PCI/DSS and security baseline assessments and document compliance.
• Design, test and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery solutions using Veeam and NetBackup.
• Collaborate with other teams following ITIL/ITSM processes and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (Master’s/PhD is a plus).
• At least three years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and system administration.
• Familiarity with fintech or high‑transaction environments is advantageous.
