Cloud & System Administrator

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech leader in Turkey, driving the adoption of Token’s payment and corporate benefit solutions. You will work cross‑functionally to enable businesses to start using Token products quickly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer Azure and Amazon cloud environments, plus other cloud platforms.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra, Security, Purview, Teams, SharePoint and Defender.
• Supervise Windows and Linux server operations, ensuring stability, security and performance.
• Update and secure client operating systems (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, iOS, Android) and enforce policies via Microsoft Defender, Intune and CyberArk.
• Integrate and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, NTP and DHCP services.
• Implement Privileged Access Management solutions, primarily CyberArk PAM.
• Automate setup and configuration tasks using PowerShell, Python, Bash or VB scripting.
• Execute PCI/DSS and security baseline assessments and document compliance.
• Develop and test backup, disaster recovery and replication solutions with Veeam and NetBackup.
• Investigate new technologies to improve efficiency, security hardening and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• At least three years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization and Windows/Linux server administration.
• Proven experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and PAM solutions.
• Strong background in backup/recovery (Veeam, NetBackup) and automation tools (Power Automate, Ansible).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana or Prometheus.
