Commercial Sales Manager - New Graduates 2027

About the role

P&G is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager for its Istanbul General Office, open to 2027 graduates. You will partner with customers to build joint value, use conceptual selling and data-driven presentations to influence decisions in key business areas, and recommend sales fundamentals such as distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising. The role is full-time and entry level.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and collaborate with customers to enable business growth
• Build, sell, implement and evaluate business plans for profitable category growth
• Contribute to retailer category strategy as a thought leader
• Work with marketing, finance, logistics and operations teams to develop customer strategies
• Turn business plans into concrete selling stories and turn data and insights into actionable plans
• Lead strategic customer accounts and execute strong category strategies

Required profile

• University degree obtained in 2027 or recently graduated
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to live in cities other than your hometown
