Power Tools Field Supervisor

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Power Tools Field Supervisor for its headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey. The role leads and manages the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts, overseeing targets, pre- and post-sales activities and in-store standards. It is a full-time position with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts and oversee its development and performance management.
• Ensure the team achieves its targets and aligns with company priorities.
• Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities and ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region.
• Ensure adherence to application and operational standards, including display and stand positioning to increase visual presence and shelf space share.
• Monitor and optimise routing schedules to improve productivity.
• Train and work alongside the team to maintain high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant university department.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Prior experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Proven negotiation skills and strong leadership and team management experience.
• Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed.

Required skills

• In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
