Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the role

Fraport TAV Antalya is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its Human Resources team. You will design, implement and continuously improve compensation, benefits and reward programs that align with business objectives while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain compensation and benefits policies, programs and procedures.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses using reputable salary surveys and labor‑market data.
• Support annual salary review, merit increase, bonus and incentive processes.
• Analyze compensation structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Prepare compensation‑related reports, dashboards and analytical insights for HR leadership and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, tax regulations and company policies.
• Participate in job evaluation, grading activities and maintain job architecture.
• Provide compensation recommendations for organizational design initiatives.
• Manage HR budgeting, workforce cost planning and headcount analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and digitalisation.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and department managers on compensation matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards or HR Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of compensation methodologies, salary structures, job evaluation and market benchmarking.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
